Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Douglasville Medical Center. As a Graduate Nurse Cardiac Telemetry specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
  • Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
  • Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Less than 1 year completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours.
  • Direct patient care experience preferred.
