Senior Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Wound, Ostomy and Continence (WOC) Nurse to join our team at Health First. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Role:
As a Senior WOC Nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex wound, ostomy, and continence issues. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive wound, ostomy, and continence assessments and care to patients
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Educate patients and their families on wound, ostomy, and continence care and management
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and continuity
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with current Florida license
* At least 2 years' clinical experience in WOC nursing
* BSN or related bachelor's degree
* Graduate of an approved WON or WOCN Educational program
* Current board certification by the WOCN Certification Board (CWON or WOCN)
