Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Professional to join our team in the New Jersey area. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $$20+/hour, based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to investigate user computer problems, identify the cause and implement solutions.

Beyond technical skills, we value strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and follow-through skills. You will be responsible for providing remote and on-site system level support to all personnel for all company computer software.

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an IT Professional, working knowledge of CDK or Automotive Dealer Management Systems, and the ability to reimage a computer or rebuild a pc. Knowledge of Shortel/Mitel/Zoom phone system is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
