Job Summary

Allied Universal is seeking a highly skilled Security Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned client site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement, with a minimum of two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise security operations, manage staff, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
  • Coordinate necessary support services to meet financial and operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with reporting and contract requirements
  • Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience
  • At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
