Investment Sales Specialist Opportunity

Lee & Associates' Washington, DC office is seeking a highly skilled Investment Sales Specialist to join their Downtown office team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of one of the largest, broker-owned firms in North America and work alongside successful and experienced investment & development sales brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of regional and local submarkets, vacancy rates, rents, and demographics.
  • Develop and prepare marketing materials, including Offering Memoranda, Leasing Flyers, Proposals, and Activity Reports.
  • Assist in business development by making phone calls and canvassing the market to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the firm's graphic designers to create creative marketing packages.
  • Coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing, and client-specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
  • Manipulate and format financial information in Microsoft Excel.
  • Help maintain organization of the team, prioritizing deadlines and meetings.
  • Act as the point of contact with clients for receipt and organization of due diligence information.
  • Monitor the database of competitive market information, including recent sales and lease transactions, and provide weekly updates to the brokerage team.
  • Participate in site tours with the team and coordinate tours with speculative tenants within the team's office portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and internet research skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions.
