We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team.
About the Role:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in medical-surgical units, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress, assess vital signs, and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions, medication management, and recovery expectations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Current RN license.
- BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility).
- Two years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
