Job SummaryAscension St. John is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to evaluate and treat physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits. You will assess patients' ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills, design and implement treatment plans, and document patient progress.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits
Assess patients' ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills
Design and implement treatment plans using appropriate modalities
Document patient progress and monitor and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families/caregivers about patient deficits and provide information regarding adaptive equipment and support programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's degree preferred
OTR credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision required
BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required
