Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc., providing exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.

  • As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in an intimate outpatient setting, fostering meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a positive and supportive team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Utilize your nursing expertise to develop individualized treatment plans, leveraging a broad range of skills and knowledge to address complex patient needs.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: $64,000 - $96,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Preferred qualifications include ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience, as well as Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification.
