Fine Dining Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team at Icon Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year (depending on experience)

The Fine Dining Server will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with our culinary team to deliver impeccable food and beverage service, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be expected to provide personalized attention to each guest, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.

• Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Takes orders, serves courses from kitchen and service bars, and garnishes dishes preparatory to serving.
• Observes diners to respond to additional requests and determines when meal has been completed.
• Maintains table appearance by pre-busing, checking drink levels, capping ashtrays, removing clutter, and providing extra napkins as needed.
• Gives a warm farewell to guests and invites them to return.

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak the English language, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
