We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team at Hamilton Health Care System as a Cardiac Catheterization Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective patient care during cardiac catheterizations, device implants, and other specialized procedures.

About the Role

As a Cardiac Catheterization Specialist, you will be working closely with physicians to maintain a sterile field and assist with procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring patient confidentiality and following safety protocols.

  • Maintain a high level of expertise in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and life support techniques
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans that prioritize patient comfort and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to educate patients on their rights and responsibilities, as well as communicate effectively with family members and caregivers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved nursing, radiologic technology, or registered cardiovascular invasive specialist program
  • Verified by state licensure
  • Minimum 1 year of critical care or emergency room experience (exceptions made by Cardiac Services Director)

We offer a competitive salary of $83,500 - 117,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include BLS and ACLS certification reimbursement, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
