Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at HealthCare Recruiters International. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to customers regarding medication dispensing equipment, including troubleshooting issues, providing training, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role: As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide support to customers regarding medication dispensing equipment • Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions • Provide training to customers on equipment operation and troubleshooting • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints

Requirements: • Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical repair • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with medication dispensing equipment and systems • Estimated salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year depending on experience.
