We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Transdev. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance function for our MTA operation in Baltimore, MD.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Quality Assurance function, ensuring adherence to timeliness requirements for response, resolution, and reporting of complaints and grievances.
- Provide oversight of all data gathering, reconciliation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform random audits of maintenance DVIR and quality checks of all records within the department, as well as contractor performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize systematic data collection and analysis, providing necessary data and information to support quality improvement and service outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate system data to determine contractor compliance, writing comprehensive contractor oversight reports.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- At least 3 years of public transit experience, with 3 years of QA/QC management experience.
- Experience with quality metrics reporting and Trapeze software required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and external partners.
