About the Role

As an E-commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of online orders. Your focus will be on locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and retrieve merchandise from storage areas to fulfill online orders.
  • Prepare and package merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Consult with customers to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
