We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Detention Registered Nurse to join our team at the Yuma County Detention Center. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to prisoners under general supervision.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in nursing and health-related services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care in a correctional setting. You will serve as a lead worker, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the detention center's healthcare department and ensuring that all medical services meet the highest standards.

As a Detention Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatment strategies in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. You will also provide education and training to patients on healthy behaviors, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
