As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient's functional status and occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient's well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers
  • Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of FL
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
