Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Garden City, Kansas.

Job Description:

As a Respiratory Therapist with IDR Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Kansas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
