Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, making product recommendations, and offering samples to customers.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment by adhering to safety procedures and reporting any hazards or issues to management.
  • Assist with sales and profit goals by monitoring inventory, labeling and stocking merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Stay current with present, future, seasonal, and special ads to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identifying any unsafe conditions or issues.
Requirements
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Knowledge of basic math and ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
