We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide personalized speech therapy to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide home-based speech therapy to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties

Requirements:
