Job Description:
Working as an LPN with IntelyCare means providing post-acute care services in various facilities throughout the area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking residents' wellbeing, physical and mental health, and vital signs
- Administering and verifying medications, monitoring their effects
- Reviewing residents' charts and medical records
- Maintaining safe and comfortable facility environments
- Participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed as an LPN with IntelyCare, you will need:
- A current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- At least six months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
