Medical Office Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Nurse to join our team at the UChealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO. As a Prenatal Diagnosis Specialist, you will provide direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting, using the nursing process to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient assessment. They will monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, collaborating with other disciplines to coordinate patient care. Additionally, they will educate patients and families about their conditions, effectively delegate tasks to ancillary personnel, and precept student nurses and new hires.
Requirements:
- A graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing-approved Registered/Professional Nursing program (less than 3 years experience)
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
Compensation and Benefits:
