As a Field Representative with Morgan Financial, you will play a vital role in our company's growth by attending closings, broker open houses, and other field events. About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Field Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering leads and building relationships with real estate agents and consumers. You will attend area events, collect valuable data and insights, and pursue new business leads. Key Responsibilities
  • Attend area events, such as closings, broker open houses, and agent open houses, to network and gather leads.
  • Collect valuable data and insights at field events to support lead generation and relationship-building efforts.
  • Engage with agents and direct consumers to identify new business opportunities and appointments for the Marketing Relationship Manager.
  • Pursue new business leads from events and activities, focusing on securing appointments for the Relationship Manager with real estate agents.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure a continuous flow of business opportunities from the field to the sales team.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate, mortgage lending, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Energetic and extroverted personality; must enjoy meeting new people, networking, and building relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Required to obtain NMLS MLO license within 90 days of hire.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Marketing savvy, interest in business development, and marketing are desired qualities.
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize time effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer performance-based incentives, health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and holidays.
