Job Title: Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director for Clinical Trials to join our team at ClinChoice, a global full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO). As a Business Development Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the areas of medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and pharmacovigilance services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers within prospect and client organizations.
  • Contribute to the refinement of the company's business development approach, defining client and vertical targets, minimizing the cost of sales, and increasing efficiencies and closing rates.
  • Work to exceed revenue targets that align with the company's growth objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of sales and account management experience.
  • Previous CRO experience is required.
  • Experience in functional and consultancy sales with a particular focus on Product Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, and/or Regulatory Affairs.
  • A network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing complex business deals.
  • Persuasive and compelling presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
