At Essentia Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Certified Hand Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This is a full-time position that will work closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care to patients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced hand therapist who can work well independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with providers, patients, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hand therapy services to patients of all ages, including evaluation, assessment, treatment, education, and consultation.
  • Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and educate non-certified staff on hand therapy-related procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy licensure and NBCOT certification.
  • Current certification in hand therapy (CHT).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Essentia Health offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment.
