Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Nurturing Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students, promoting independence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
  • Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a well-organized and peaceful classroom environment, ensuring the physical and emotional safety of all students.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to ensure seamless collaboration and a cohesive educational experience.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education, participating in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
  • Experience working with young children (ages 2-6) in a Montessori setting preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
