Salary
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
As an ABA Therapist at GOALS for Autism, you will play a vital role in implementing behavioral plans to help our clients acquire new skills, reduce problem behaviors, and improve their overall quality of life. You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:
- Implementing behavioral plans in one-on-one and group settings
- Collecting data and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with BCBAs and other team members to develop and refine treatment plans
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various locations
