Interior Carpenter Specialist

Rise Modular, LLC is a pioneering full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multifamily apartment, hospitality, student housing, and affordable housing sectors.

The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for installing cabinets and doors according to specifications. This involves measuring, cutting, and installing various types of interior trims including baseboards, doors, railing, and window trim. The ideal candidate must be able to move between stations as well as complete multiple jobs throughout the plant.

• Measure, mark, and arrange materials to establish layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors.
• Cut materials accurately to specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.
• Install kitchen and bath cabinets, cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and countertops.
• Install trim and interior doors.
• Ensure accuracy by checking completed projects with tools like levels or framing squares and make necessary corrections.
• Adhere to local building safety codes and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Solve mathematical problems quickly and accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable.

• Lift 70 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods of standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
