Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store and lead a team of associates. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all store activities to maximize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise interviewing, selection, hiring, and training of all associates
  • Maintain high levels of customer service by ensuring service standards are met and complaints are resolved promptly
  • Supervise freight process to ensure compliance with company guidelines and productivity standards
  • Maintain interior and exterior store standards, ensuring merchandise presentation meets company expectations
  • Implement safety and shrink best practices
  • Manage and supervise office functions, payroll, and controllable expenses
  • Develop and implement creative plans to increase store sales and reduce loss
  • Maintain open communication with district/regional managers on company initiatives
  • Provide human resource management, including staffing plans, performance evaluations, and training and development
Requirements:
  • Two to four years related experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of retail operations, supervision, and shrink reduction plans
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervision and motivating staff
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic competence in subordinates' duties and tasks
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
