Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Representative Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and policies related to motor vehicle registrations, titles, and licenses.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to motor vehicle registrations, titles, and licenses.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including reviewing documents, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain a secure environment for sensitive information.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with computer hardware and software operations is essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.
