About the Role

This part-time position requires scheduling for weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts as needed. You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your ability to multitask, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in providing seamless patient experiences.

  • You will manage patients' journeys from booking to post-scan follow-up, ensuring their experience is smooth and personalized.
  • Provide exceptional support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with medical intake forms, appointment reminders, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with technologists, health practitioners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.

Clinic Maintenance and Inventory
  • Monitor and Maintain Cleanliness and Organization of Reception Area, Changing Room, Administrative Front Desk/Workspaces, Break Room, Scrub Room, Snack Area
  • Keep Track of Office Supplies, Order New Stock When Necessary, Ensure Office Equipment Function Properly
  • Efficiently Organize New Shipments of Stock/Supplies
