Outpatient Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to lead our rehabilitation clinic and drive clinical excellence. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our outpatient clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of physical and occupational therapy services.
About the Role:
- Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
- Manage the overall performance of the clinic, including staff supervision, patient evaluations, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Liaise with Human Resources to ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws
- Conduct regular audits to monitor documentation, Medicare compliance, and patient satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to meet census goals, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall clinic experience
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Doctorate preferred)
- Professional license/certification required; valid CPR license
- Minimum three years' clinical outpatient experience and two years' clinical supervision or program development experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Prompt EMR system and ability to troubleshoot
