Job Summary:

As a Cardiac Rhythm Monitoring Specialist on our Telemetry Unit, you will be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac screen or telemetry monitors. You will also prepare and complete records in the department, maintaining regulatory body requirements, policies, and procedures. Additionally, you will participate in performance improvements to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac screen or telemetry monitors

* Prepare and complete records in the department

* Maintain regulatory body requirements, policies, and procedures

* Participate in performance improvements to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED

* BLS Certification

* Ability to monitor cardiac rhythms via cardiac screen or telemetry monitors

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience in a similar role

* CRAT Certification

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive salaries ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we provide various benefits packages that may include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and shift differential.
