D-H Lebanon-MHMH is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Medical Assistants (MAs). As an MA, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients.
Your Role
As a Medical Assistant, you'll be responsible for various clinical duties, including taking vital signs, administering injections, performing simple diagnostic tests, collecting specimens, and maintaining examination rooms at our outpatient care site. You'll work closely with our clinicians to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for healthcare and excellent communication skills. A High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent by the end of the 12-week training program is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a paid and benefitted full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Training and Certification
You'll undergo an accelerated 12-week training program delivered in partnership with Colby-Sawyer College, followed by a Registered Apprenticeship through the US Department of Labor. Upon completion, you'll be certified as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) by the National Healthcareer Association.
Location and Schedule
Our Lebanon, NH clinic offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can grow your skills and experience. The typical schedule is 40 hours per week, with opportunities for flexible scheduling.
