At Boone Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing a dynamic work environment for our nurses. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team in the 2S ICU unit.

The ideal candidate will have previous critical care experience, with the ability to float to stepdown and med-surg units as needed. You will be responsible for caring for critically ill patients, including those with respiratory distress/failure, cardiac arrest, DKA, sepsis, ARF, strokes, OHS, TAVR's, vascular surgeries, thoracotomies, and carotids.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you can expect excellent benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, retirement plans, and education assistance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong clinical skills, including IV insertion, PICC/Central Line Management, Vascular Device Access/Care, Dialysis Fistula Care/Management, A-Line Management, CVP, Sheath Removal, Cardioversion/Defibrillation, Procedural Sedation, CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilators, High Freq Vents/Oscillators, Nitric Oxide, Trach Care, EVD Management, ICP Monitoring, Impella/LVAD, Dialysis, Rapid Infuser, Feeding Tubes, Wound Vac, and Ability to Float to Stepdown and Med-Surg Units.
