Moonlight Basin Shuttle Driver Job Description

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that helps make unforgettable experiences for our guests? We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Moonlight Basin Shuttle Driver to join our team at Moonlight Basin.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Transport employees safely and efficiently from the Town Center to Moonlight Basin, providing a consistently high degree of friendliness and courtesy




  • Ensure that all employees arrive and depart within the guidelines of the schedule, maintaining a tight schedule associated with the various pick-up and drop-off points




  • Assist in maintaining, servicing, and cleaning the shuttle interior and exterior, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization




  • Approach all encounters with employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner, promoting a positive image and display a pleasant and upbeat personality during all guest interactions





Requirements:



  • Hold a valid Driver's License and have a clean driving record




  • Have experience driving on mountainous roads and driving large passenger vans




  • Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a transportation-type position




  • Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles, both standard and automatic




  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to ensure that safety, security, and confidentiality are of utmost importance




  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain an excellent work ethic, a high level of energy, and exceptional enthusiasm
