Trauma Cleanup Team Lead

As a Biohazard Remediation Team Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
The Biohazard Remediation Team Lead will be responsible for onsite supervision, effective communication, and leading customer interactions. This role requires a strong background in supervisory roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in technical or field service environments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct shop walks to ensure adherence to company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Review inventory and place necessary supply orders to maintain operational readiness.
- Certify expenses and review timecards for accurate payroll processing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, mitigation, restoration, or related field.
- IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation highly valued.
