As a Biohazard Remediation Team Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
The Biohazard Remediation Team Lead will be responsible for onsite supervision, effective communication, and leading customer interactions. This role requires a strong background in supervisory roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in technical or field service environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct shop walks to ensure adherence to company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review inventory and place necessary supply orders to maintain operational readiness.
  • Certify expenses and review timecards for accurate payroll processing.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, mitigation, restoration, or related field.
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation highly valued.
