Onggi is a premier dining destination in Washington, DC's vibrant Dupont Circle neighborhood. Our 2,000-square-foot restaurant offers an intimate yet inviting experience for up to 60 guests.

We're committed to delivering exceptional authentic Korean cuisine that showcases the rich flavors and traditions of Korea. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where locals and visitors can gather and enjoy delicious meals.

As our Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life. You will be responsible for creating menus that showcase the bold flavors and techniques of Korean cuisine, while also ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fine dining restaurants, with a proven track record of leading kitchen teams to achieve excellence. You will possess a deep understanding of Korean cuisine and culture, as well as the ability to adapt to changing menu trends and customer preferences.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
