Restoration Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Foreman to join our team at S.T.O.P. Restoration. As a Restoration Foreman, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that properties are restored to their original condition.

• Inspect properties damaged by water, smoke, fire, and mold to determine the best course of action for mitigation.
• Meet with homeowners to present job folders and mitigation plans, explaining our process and answering questions.
• Sketch layouts of rooms and create detailed scopes for estimators.
• Plan, strategize, and problem-solve throughout projects.
• Document projects to completion using software and mobile apps.
• Ensure projects comply with all insurance requirements.
• Oversee projects and ensure team members follow master job plans.
• Mitigate activities, including fire/soot/smoke clean-up, water extraction & drying, mold remediation, demolition of damaged materials, and moving furniture and appliances when necessary.
• Use appropriate PPE and ensure other team members comply with PPE requirements.
• Develop skills and complete all required job training.
• Follow all job site & safety protocols.
• Clean and maintain drying equipment.
• Drive company vehicles responsibly and clean and maintain them daily.

• At least 2 years of experience in construction, trade, or a labor-intensive field.
• Basic carpentry & mechanical skills, with familiarity and handiness with tools.
• Technical inclination, comfortable using cell phones for mobile applications.
• Ability to work in dirty and sometimes toxic environments that require PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, physically fit.
• Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a background check & drug screening.
• Availability to work weekdays 7:30-4:00 and after-hours, including rotating On-Call Schedule for After Hours/Weekends.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and punctuality.
• Friendly & professional demeanor, customer service experience a plus.
• Great attitude & willingness to learn something new every day.

• Full-time technicians can expect to earn $40,000 to $50,000 per year with hourly pay plus bonus.
