Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in standardizing labor management across our division, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing productivity and benchmarking solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with local, divisional, and national leadership teams to standardize labor management and improve productivity.
- Develop and implement a productivity strategy that supports our Operational Strategy, resulting in measurable financial improvements.
- Participate in Hospital, Market, or Division meetings to provide information on productivity metrics, areas of opportunity, and proposed solutions.
- Lead process improvement projects related to improving productivity within the Division.
- Plan, organize, and lead initiatives required for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of departments and programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- ~3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and communication of data output to leaders.
- Experience with complex data analysis methods and information systems.
- ~ Must have Labor Productivity and Performance Improvement experience in healthcare or other industry.
- Master's Degree in Business, Management Engineer, Finance, Industrial Engineer, or related field.
- Project Management certification.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheet Level User.
- Tech Savvy Data Analytics.
This is a remote work opportunity from the Puget Sound area in the state of Washington. Local travel to Washington area hospitals will be 25% to 50% depending upon business need.
