Job Summary:

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Software Configuration Analyst to support the Sentinel program. This role will be located in Roy, Utah or Huntsville, AL and will work directly with Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM-PCE) Leadership in a wide array of tasks associated with both configuration and data management disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CM and DM Governance and Planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain Configuration Management and Data Management tools.
  • Administer change processes and ensure changes are documented in accordance with program requirements.
  • Control technical baselines and coordinate the development and maintenance of the systems, tools, and environments they are stored in.
  • Generate reports that provide the status of Configured items, and the maturity of technical baselines.
  • Administer Data management Sub-Contractor data ingest and USG contract transmittal activities.
  • Administer Configuration audit activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure program data has been approved, distributed, and managed appropriately in accordance with company, sector, and program approved processes.
  • Administer Data Management principles on CDRL and SDRL information within SharePoint, Teamcenter, and other tooling to ensure data integrity through audit processes.
  • Work with the US Air Force and Subcontractor personnel, to support submittals and delivery activities.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 06 years.
  • Expert understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Experience administering configuration management using software development, PLM, ontological model, and requirements management tools.
  • Expert knowledge of configuration management and data management industry standards, requirements, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with DoD program lifecycles. Including planning and navigation of major milestones/events, development of technical baselines, and configuration audits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Active Top-Secret Clearance.
  • Experience administering configuration and data management using GIT Lab, Nexus, Siemens Teamcenter, Jira, SharePoint, Cameo, DOORS.
  • Experience with design, process automation, and access control in SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience with ICBM Weapon Systems.
  • Expert knowledge of EIA-649-1, MIL-HDBK-61, or GEIA-859.
  • Experience developing and maintaining program plans and process documents.
