Senior IAM Strategist

Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc, a leading player in the medical imaging industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strategist to join its team. Located in Bedford, Massachusetts, with offices in Billerica, Canada, and Sweden, Lantheus has been a pioneer in medical imaging for over 60 years.

This senior-level position reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and plays a critical role in shaping the company's IAM program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM, cybersecurity governance, and compliance, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale IAM projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on IAM initiatives, collaborating with business leaders, and ensuring alignment with corporate security policy, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience

• Develop and implement IAM strategies aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, integrate, and deploy IAM solutions
• Define and enforce IAM standards, procedures, and best practices
• Participate in key IT Governance teams representing IAM interests
• Assess near- and long-term IAM needs, including multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, and certificate management
• Ensure regular access reviews and maintenance of appropriate access controls

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, with a minimum of 3 years in IAM
• Proven experience in managing large-scale IAM projects, budgets, and processes
• Experience with cybersecurity governance, compliance activities, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
• Strong understanding of emerging IAM technologies, such as automated provisioning/de-provisioning, SSO, identity federation, and multifactor authentication
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
