Job Summary: We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) Associate Physician to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. This is an outstanding opportunity to start immediately with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • We offer a 1:7 on-call rotation with new physicians, ensuring a manageable workload and excellent support from our experienced RNs who handle all after-hours patient phone calls.
  • Dedicated surgery days and hospital Labor & Delivery days allow for efficient time management and focused care.
  • We have two office locations in Carmel and Westfield, Indiana, providing convenient access to our patients.
  • Our Provider Team consists of six Physicians and four Nurse Practitioners, fostering a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth.
  • We boast robotics-trained physicians and a range of in-office procedures, including Endosee, Myosure, LEEP, bubble test (tubal patency), IUD, Nexplanon, Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, and Ablation.
  • A 4-day workweek with post-call day off ensures a healthy work-life balance.
  • We offer generous PTO, including PTO for Continuing Medical Education (CME).

Hospital Affiliation:

We partner with Ascension St Vincent Carmel Hospital, a Level IIIA NICU facility that offers In-house Anesthesia 24/7, MFM and Neonatal specialty care 24/7, and an evolving Laborist program to assist with triage and admissions.
