Production Scheduler III

Swift Prepared Foods, a leading global supplier of diversified food products, seeks a Production Scheduler III for its Principe Columbia site. The ideal candidate will oversee demand management, inventory management, production scheduling, and operational information for the facility.
In this role, you will engage with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain leaders to evaluate forecasts versus actual sales volume, trends, and mix. You will be responsible for laying out daily and weekly production schedules, managing raw material and finished goods inventories, and coordinating optimum product mix.
You will also schedule packaging/slicing lines and finished product mix, manage Customer Orders, recognize trends, and make adjustments to accommodate customer demands. Additionally, you will maintain data within the Scheduling system, interpret results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Logistics, Data Analysis, or Operational Planning, or a combination of education and experience. They should possess minimum 3 years of Supply Chain & Operations work experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, and SAP IBP experience is a plus.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $58,000 and $95,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
