Patient Service Liaison

At NorCal Imaging Centers, we prioritize delivering exceptional patient care and experiences. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring seamless interactions with patients, providers, payors, and regulators.
You Will:
- Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner, setting the tone for their visit.
- Obtain or verify proper insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure accuracy and completion of necessary documentation to facilitate timely and effective care.
- Collect and log all co-pays and fees, maintaining transparency and respect for our patients' financial situations.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls efficiently, providing clear communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel new or current patients, confirm appointments, and notify staff of changes when necessary to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Give patients appropriate orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, provide directions to facilities if needed, and address any concerns they may have.
- Coordinate with the back-office staff to ensure timely and effective care of patients, streamlining our processes for maximum efficiency.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, enabling you to navigate our systems and software with ease.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks and interact with various stakeholders effectively.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service, having a proven track record of delivering top-notch service in previous roles.
- Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience, preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to support your success.
Estimated Salary: $20.50 - $28.00 per hour
