Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversee clinical support operations and ensure effective nursing staff coverage">
  • Maintain effective nursing staff coverage within budgetary constraints">
  • Assist with determining staffing requirements between locations">
  • Participate in the screening, interviewing and recruiting of clinical personnel">
  • Assist with the reviews and revision of clinical policies and procedures">
  • Ensure nurses maintain all required competencies on an annual basis">
  • Verify all licensing and national certification criteria are met">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program">
  • Current MN licensure and registration">
  • At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment">
