The Learning Experience - World Headquarters is seeking a highly skilled New Center Openings Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful opening of new centers across the Dallas, Houston, and Austin markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a coach and resource to franchisees and center leadership teams, guiding them through the process of opening a new center and ensuring they are prepared to operate at brand standards.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to drive success in customer enrollment, retention, productivity, quality, and brand awareness.
  • Communicate and train on new initiatives, creating excitement and engagement among center leadership teams.
  • Analyze center trends and P&L performance, providing guidance to help center leadership teams acclimate to TLE processes.
  • Educate oneself on TLE's standard operating procedures and state childcare licensing regulations, ensuring center leadership teams comply.
  • Evaluate enrollment trends for each center within their territory and partner with internal teams and franchisees to create action plans.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, franchisees, employees, and corporate support partners.
  • Utilize market data and pertinent information to enable franchisees to attract and retain top talent and customers.
  • Partner with franchisees and center leadership teams in the licensing, marketing, advertising, opening, and staff training for new centers.
  • Proactively address concerns, considering the views and opinions of both internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Multi-Unit Operator with a background in early childhood education or franchise concepts.
  • Ability to travel 85% and work independently throughout the US.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft business applications and reporting software.
  • Project management, business writing, and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $82,500-$87,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This amount may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
