Key Holder

This Key Holder position is an entry into management, requiring key holder responsibilities while driving personal sales goals. As a Key Holder, you'll share a division of responsibility with management and sales leads, demonstrating excellent customer service.

• Selling & Client Service: Greet and acknowledge all customers, provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service, meet or exceed sales goals, maintain an accurate client book, and assist sales team with selling and clienteling.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist with execution of floor sets, monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards, maintain proper fixture placement, lighting, and floor plan changes, and ensure representation of all merchandise on the floor.
• Operations: Work with management to maximize sales, oversee store in management's absence, monitor compliance to company policies and procedures, and assist with Opening and Closing Procedures.
