Daytime Event Ambassador

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a highly energetic and personable individual to join our team as a Daytime Event Ambassador at LaBelle Winery. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every event is a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy throughout events.
• Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Ensure that food and beverage requests are met promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver excellent service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Memorize the event menu and provide recommendations to guests.
• Refresh and replenish food and beverage buffets as needed.
• Properly store and care for banquet equipment.
• Deliver a memorable event experience by resolving all customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with tidying tables and clearing plates.
• Set tables and arrange event areas to accommodate larger groups and special occasions.
• Handle routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash registers.
• Operate the point of sale system, Toast.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with support staff and kitchen staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point of sale system.
• Must be able to lift 45lbs regularly.
• Must have ability to tolerate physical activity, including standing for long periods, bending, walking, and other physical activity.

• Bartending and/or server experience.
• Food service certificate (optional).
