Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Rihm Family Companies. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing engine and chassis repairs on a variety of heavy equipment, including Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in heavy equipment
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on engines and chassis
  • Coordinate with warranty administrators to ensure maximum profit recapture
  • Participate in technical training and adhere to manufacturer's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Fleet or Dealership environment
  • CDL certification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
