Caregiver for Young Learners

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver for Young Learners to join our team at Children's Harbor. As a key member of our early education services, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in our young students.
About the Role:This is a part-time position working 2pm to 6pm, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and education, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Establish positive relationships with parents through regular communication, conferences, and updates on their child's progress.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, health, and developmental milestones for each child.
- Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork among colleagues and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our young learners.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in attendance.
- Meet or exceed licensing requirements, including a TB test, background check, and physical ability to perform job duties.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Early Childhood Certificate or equivalent.
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential.
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
- Current Medication Administration Training (MAT).
