Assistant Teacher Position

We're seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher (Guide) to join our supportive community. As an ideal candidate, you'll have the ability to work with children aged 0-6 and be passionate about empowering them to gain independence, self-confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Your Role

  • Observe children closely to understand and best meet their individual needs.
  • Prepare a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters independence and concentration.
  • Provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development.
  • Form personal connections with each child and cultivate a community of collaboration and respect.
